I is for…

Hello everyone.

Today, I am happy to introduce to you the letter I.

Drum roll please…

The dictionary defines interest as  the feeling of wanting to know or learn about something or someone.

God wants us to be interested in him too and as Christians, we should always have the feeling to know God more. Personally, I don’t think there is a thing as a perfect Christian but I do agree that we all have a beginning to our walk with God and as our relationship with him grows, our interest in him will grow too.

There are lots of people in the Bible who made it clear that they wanted to be with God, like David for instance when he wrote those Psalms out in the fields. If he hadn’t taken time to listen to what God had to say, he never would have grown spiritually, been successful or would have even left those amazing Psalms for us to read.

What do you think? Are there other ways to show an interest in spending time with God?
